There are a limited number of
tickets for a Pre-tour Gala Fund Raiser. This exclusive event begins at 6
PM on Saturday evening, April 17th. The Gala fund raiser includes:

A private guided tour of each of the homes by noted area historian, James Newland,
with the CNF Board, home owners and special guests.

An exclusive elegant reception
including wine and heavy hors devours.

The reception will be held at an
historic 1907 Victorian-style mansion. This gorgeous home was the most popular home on previous
home tours and it is back for this one evening
only. This home will NOT be available on April 18th for the
general Home Tour. Tour this wonderfully restored home, without
crowds.

Be the first to see and tour the beautiful homes on this year's El Cerrito
Home Tour.

In addition, each "Gala Fund Raiser Ticket
Purchase" includes a ticket for the same person to return the following day
to and view all the homes AGAIN. (Time in each home will be limited during
the Pre-Tour Gala Fund Raiser).
