The 2010 Home Tour profiles the graceful
and understated community of El Cerrito.
Discover this unique and engaging community.
The tour features unique homes, traditional and eclectic architecture,
and diverse styles from many eras.
Soak up the Spanish sun in majestic Haciendas overlooking pristine
canyons.
The homeowner participants have graciously opened the eight beautiful
homes and gardens on this years tour to provide a view into unique
designs, outstanding décor, and colorful landscaping.
The homes have been chosen because of their unique design, faithful
preservation, or stunning remodel.
The last El Cerrito tour sold out. This years tickets are limited.

Be the first to visit the homes, get a behind the scenes tour with area
historian, Jim Newland, and enjoy an elegant reception with homeowners
and board members.
Please join us for the premier Pre-Tour Gala Fund Raiser. This special
event begins at 6 PM on Saturday, April 17th and gives participants a
private preview of all the homes on the tour, guided by local historian,
Jim Newland. This exclusive behind the scenes Fund Raiser will conclude
with an elegant reception with home owners and CNF Board members.
Tickets are $50/person, includes a private tour of one addition home not
on next day's tour, as well a ticket to return the following day to
enjoy the homes again at your leisure.
Proceeds from this year’s Gala Fund Raiser and Home Tour will go toward
community projects including the “College Neighborhoods History Book.”
